Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask Marcele Studio to delete your account information, connected social-account data, and eligible workspace content.
Disconnect access if needed
You may first disconnect Marcele Studio inside the connected social platform’s app and website settings. This revokes future API access but may not remove content or records already stored in your Marcele Studio workspace.
Send your deletion request
Email jacobmarcellomedia@gmail.com with the subject Marcele Studio Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- The email address used with Marcele Studio.
- The workspace, company, or client name connected to the request.
- Whether you want a social connection removed, specific content deleted, or the entire account deleted.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secret credentials.
Verify the request
To protect workspace and client data, we may ask you to verify your identity, your email address, or your authority over the relevant account or workspace before completing deletion.
Deletion and confirmation
After verification, we will delete eligible personal information, connected-account tokens, and requested workspace content within 30 days and confirm completion by email. We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution.
What disconnecting does
Disconnecting a social account stops Marcele Studio from making future requests with that connection. Posts already published to a social platform must be managed on that platform, unless the platform provides Marcele Studio with a supported deletion feature and you specifically authorize its use.
