Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Marcele Studio (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service for a company or client, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms and act on that organization’s behalf.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for member access, client access, boards, connected accounts, and permissions within their workspace.

3. Connected social accounts

You may connect social accounts only when you have authority to manage them. By connecting an account and selecting it for a post, you direct Marcele Studio to access the account and publish or schedule the content you approve. You remain responsible for complying with each social platform’s terms, policies, content rules, technical limits, and account requirements.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Marcele Studio. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, format, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the Service and carry out your instructions.

You represent that you have the rights, releases, and permissions needed for the content you upload or publish, including music, images, video, trademarks, personal likenesses, and client materials.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or publish content you are not authorized to use.
• Mislead users, impersonate others, send spam, or distribute harmful or malicious material.
• Bypass security controls, access another workspace without permission, or interfere with the Service.
• Use platform data for surveillance, unlawful discrimination, or purposes prohibited by the connected platform.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except where expressly authorized in writing.

6. Scheduling and publishing

Scheduling depends on internet availability, valid account permissions, platform availability, content eligibility, and each platform’s API. You should verify important posts after publishing. Marcele Studio may show previews, but platforms can change layouts, crop media, compress files, or apply other formatting that makes the final post differ from the preview.

7. Third-party services

The Service interoperates with third-party platforms, including social networks. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, decisions, policies, account restrictions, content moderation, or changes to their APIs.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material violation of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

9. Service availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free publishing, specific results, or continued compatibility with any third-party platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marcele Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service or a third-party platform.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
